How to Return an Item
In-Store Returns Process

Holiday Return Extension
Items purchased between November 1 and December 31 can be returned until January 31 of the following year, giving you extended time for holiday purchases. Standard return conditions still apply regarding item condition and original packaging.
Back-to-School Period
Items purchased during our designated Back-to-School promotion period (typically July 15 - September 15) will have an extended 45-day return window to accommodate the academic calendar and ensure students have the right technology for their educational needs.
